Anytime a person goes that extra mile to help a potential customer, congratulations is in order. Your willingness to send the information, listings and special help bulletin certainly was an example of giving that little extra.
We have withdrawn our home from the market due to reason we discovered we had much more than we could get for equal money. Since we do not have to move, we will stay a while longer.
